Staurolite Barn

Create those unforgettable moments under beautiful wagon wheel chandeliers. Staurolite Barn has an expansive reception area and covered outdoor patios to create a beautiful atmosphere to entertain up to 200 of your guests. The open dining area with glass accordion doors create a beautiful atmosphere to entertain your guests. Staurolite Barn’s double sided fireplace allows you to enjoy the flames both indoors and outdoors. With a complete prep and warming kitchen, the Last Chance Saloon for grooms, and our pristine Bridal Suite are the perfect compliment to complete this luxurious barn. Ideal for a reception, corporate event or other special event. We are a modern, sharp and elegant venue offering guests a comforting environment to host various types of events. Bordering one side of Staurolite Barn is our Highland Cattle field where our herd roams respectfully. Staurolite Barn officially opened in May of 2024 designed for beautiful 200 person events.

Staurolite Pavilion
Staurolite’s Pavilion is tucked back in the woods of our beautiful ranch next to our spacious Highland cattle enclosure. Seats 60 in the rustic elegant open air layout. The well on site is the original hand dug well from ranchers who used the land in the past. The well reaches a depth of 80 feet and can be admired to this day as a wishing well.
The Pavilion is completely uplit at nightfall and has a magnificent stone fireplace for you to enjoy stargazing, smores, and snuggles in the North Georgia Mountains. The pavilion has two private restrooms and is ADA accessible for all to enjoy comfortably.
Staurolite Activities Barn
Built first on the property, this barn is set just yards away from our fully stocked pond and flowing creek. If you want your event to have a powerful barn aesthetic then this is the perfect location for you. Nothing says North Georgia Mountains better than a barn with beautiful broad breezeway doors, an open flat field and fishing by the pond. This site is wonderful for any type of event from a birthday party to a baby shower to an intimate wedding reception with a ceremony on the dock.
The Activities Barn seats up to 60 in the remarkable and elegant open air layout.The upper level of the Activities Barn has been remodeled and converted into an apartment style living space we call ‘The Bunkhouse’. It can sleep 8 guests on the upper level with 4 sets of bunk beds. Great for grooms parties for the night before the wedding or for those birthday parties that nobody wants to go home from! Imagine the closest people in your life, all together under one roof for an old fashioned sleepover. Such an amazing approach to the total ranch experience.
